                                                          I believe Blade Runner is a Science-Fiction movie. Science-Fiction movies tend to be associated with futuristic settings along with story-lines about saving the world from an out of world creature. This matches up with this poster due to the serious facial expressions, setting and props that are displayed the iconography of the gun, and flying above them seems to be an aircraft. I think the story line of this film has something to do with robots trying to destroy the world and the character Harrison Ford plays is in a chase with the robot woman also shown on the poster, hence the name 'Blade Runner'. The tagline 'man has made his match..now it's his problem' further conveys the idea that some sort of robotic humans are trying to take control of the world. The light around Harrison Ford...

1) Find a distinctive   still image   and write an analysis of the mise-en-scene. He is bald with a sinister look on his face maybe foreshadowing his intentions.The lighting is dark from one side and light on the other this could be due to the contrast in his different character in the movie.He looks injured this may be due to a fighting scene. the character is stood completely still with no slouching or relaxing nature this could highlight the strict lifestyle he may follow. His body is seen to be glistening which may indicate some strenuous physical activity causing him to sweat. He is behind what seems to be a cage of some sort.
