Statement of Intent 3

  Statement of Intent: My music video will be based on Olivia Rodridgo’s song Deja Vu. My artist will be called Cherie and she will be endorsing Nike. My music magazine will be called PopBliss. Media Language: I plan to meet the brief by using the the two different locations: at home( for an environment which highlights comfort as she’s getting over a break up) and at an outdoor park( to show nature but still in a fun way). I would use a range of camera shots : establishing shots                close ups               medium close ups. most of the music video will have darker lowkey lighting as it’s suppose to signify heartbreak which is a dark time however for the scenes in which it’s showing happy moments i will use editing to make sure it looks brighter so there can be a clear binary opposition( dark and light/ happy and sad)  As Rodrigo’s music is very popular and can related to younger generations ...
