A british film is a film which reflects british values and culture or is funded and or cast with british money and actors.
2) What is the difference between a Hollywood production context and production context of a British film?
The difference between Hollywood production context and British production context is that Hollywood is funded much more hevaly and uses big sets and budgets and telling stories using celebrities whereas British films are much more independently funded where the plots are more based on real people and issues which is spread using word and mouth and advertising.
3) When did the James Bond franchise start?
The James Bond franchise started in the 1960s.
4) In terms of film censorship and graphic content, what began to change in British film in the 1970s and 1980s?
In the 1970s censorship was a dominant subject which lead to the video nasties banning in 1980.
5) What groups are often represented in British film? Give examples of films these groups feature in.
The groups which are most represented in British film is those’d of youth who are rebellious and reckless eg. A clockwork orange and women who are either virgins!mothers or whores.
6) What does the Factsheet suggest might be the audience appeal of British film?
The audience appeal for British films comes from the identification of British culture,cities and characters.

 A cultural test by the British Film Institute is a dived test to see if a film can be classified as British.

The main problem of British film industry is that the UK ilks are made but have to be given rights to distribution companies therefore losing revenue from DVD and Blu-ray sales.

Three strengths of the British Film industry is that they have outstanding creative standards and outstanding facilities. 
5) What are the two options for the future of the British film industry?
Two options for the future of the British Film industry is to co-produce with american production agency to great successful movie franchise or to keep making niche independent films which appeal to british audiences.
6) In your opinion, which of these two options would best safeguard the future of the British film industry?
I think that making niche independent film is the best option as it will appeal to audience through indentification and also even if it makes less money the audience will still have a message which is meaningful and relevancy to their culture.
